For Pandora Media CFO Steven Cakebread, running a fast-growing business is all about anticipating the demands of growth. Cakebread, who joined the Internet radio company in 2010 and helped the company through its $2.6 billion IPO last year, says one of his biggest tasks is ensuring cost increases don’t outpace revenue growth. In an interview with CFO Journal this week, the former Salesforce.com CFO, said he is making use of cloud computing to create processes the company will be able to leverage immediately as well as further down the road.
