Credit
Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Credit Agricole Group’s
corporate and investment banking arm, today announced the appointment of
Danielle Baron as head of the Project Finance NIP Latin America Group.
She was also named a Managing Director, and will be headquartered in New
York City.
“Danielle’s extensive experience in originating and structuring a wide
variety of transactions and her work with clients, as well as her
significant international experience, makes her a noteworthy leader of
our project financing team serving Latin America, where we maintain an
important presence,” said Olivier Audemard, Managing Director and head
of the Structured Finance International division in the Americas.
With more than 16 years of structured finance experience, Ms. Baron was
most recently in London, where she participated in financings involving
infrastructure and power projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and
Asia. Ms. Baron joined Credit Agricole CIB in 2008, having previously
worked at HSBC. During the course of her banking career, she has been
involved in financing numerous projects in Australia, Europe and Latin
America.
